Love going to Francis! It is great to have someone who is very knowledgeable about hair. I frequently ask her for opinions on different styles and what's best for very curly hair. I am a very loyal customer but it is easy to be loyal when she does great work time and time again!

Frances is very knowledgeable. She knows how to color the hair very well, with out damaging or having highlights bleed through. My hair is long and sometimes difficult to manage, but I left there looking like a million bucks! She is excellent and I recommend her to anyone who asks me about a hair stylist.
